With Christmas and holiday preparations well under way, it’s best to be informed about your order. Here is our latest update on Christmas shipping and delivery timeframes.
Due to a high volume of orders, orders placed via our eShop or Call Centre currently have a dispatch timeframe of up to four weeks.
For orders placed in November and being shipped in December, the shipping cutoff for Christmas delivery is as follows (allow additional time for items sent outside metro areas):
- To NT metro locations: 16 December
- To WA metro locations: 18 December
- To NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS metro locations: 19 December
- To ACT: 22 December
All online orders are sent via Australia Post and are subject to Australia Post’s delivery timeframes. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, refer to the Australia Post Christmas cut-off information page.
